Sunday in the rain

As my wife and I were walking to dinner, she noticed an above-the-street business that advertised in neon lights that it was home to both a psychic and a life coach.

If that’s the same person, psychics were real and he or she was good at both, that would be pretty awesome. Someone could tell you what’s going to happen, and then how to deal with it.

Of course, that person would probably be able to afford a better space than a random walkup spot near Chelsea.

Basketball in tight spaces

I kicked a guy in the back.

He then turned around and elbowed me in the knee.

No, we weren’t fighting. We were getting settled in before the Connecticut-Ohio State women’s basketball game yesterday.

Syracuse … UConn … Madison Square Garden … enough said

Syracuse and UConn are playing at Madison Square Garden, so of course they were just talking on ESPN about their six-overtime epic in 2009.

I remember that I was going to go to bed after the second or third overtime, but stayed up, thinking, “I’ve come this far. I might as well stay until the end.”
